Irish Revert to Islam from Ahmadiyyat!!

Salaam and Good Evening,

Please have a read of the interview below, with an Irish Revert to Islam from Ahmadiyyat. It makes for a good read, and it's funny how Ahmadis are already commenting saying he left because he was expelled etc… (the age old excuse eh)!!!

You can read the original post/thread here: http://eiremuslim.com/?p=259

     Interview with an Ex-Ahmadi:

As promised we here present our interview with an Irishmen who left the Ahmadi movement based in Galway. Names have been altered to protect the individual who has been the subject of harassment and vile accusation since his welcome departure.
EM: Can you tell us a little about your experience with the Ahmadis in Ireland.
X: Sure. When I first inclined toward the group they were very welcoming, always calling and concerned about my welfare, I was almost called on a daily basis. I was told how fortunate I was to have understood the ‘truth of Ahmadiyya’ and was treated really very well. There were regular gatherings and I think because I was Irish and a native speaker there were high hopes for me – it felt like I was being groomed.
EM: Groomed? What do you mean?
X: The movement in Ireland is quite small and is mainly immigrant based, I think they wanted more Irish men to give the movement more acceptance.
EM: You mean you felt used?
X: Well in a way, yes. I was being pushed into something, like a leadership role and it didn’t sit well with me at all. I saw how the other Irish people in the group were almost revered and I just thought it was all a little weird. I’m not the insecure type who longs for attention.
EM: Did you ever question their beliefs.
X: Of course and I think that’s when things really started to change. The Ahmadis seem to have beliefs that they seek support for from any number of sources – even the most dubious. But as long as it served their purpose it was ok. I learned from some concerned Muslim brothers that this was not the correct way – Ahlul-us Sunnah have the evidence and from that derive rules, not vice versa. When I started to speak like this I was told that I was listening to devils and that’s when alarm bells began to ring for me. The more I listened to their arguments the more it seemed like they were attacking people, calling them devils and liars and even worse at times.
EM: Why did you leave them?
X: I was concerned about their tactics, for me the love-bombing, the feigned interest and the unquestioning reverence for authority figures was scary. I’d heard of groups like the scientologists and this felt just like it. Members were not allowed to move outside Ahmadi circles, you had to marry an Ahmadi and the women were kept in seclusion like they were chattel. You could not read anything but Ahmadi literature and even TV channels were restricted to the Ahmadi broadcasts – everything else was inspired of the devil. The group considered themselves the only saved ‘Muslims’ and they hated anything to do with Arabs and Saudi Arabia. Truthfully, it was only when I began questioning doctrine that these things became obvious – until that point I was kind of kept in a safe cocoon of love and security.
EM: What advice would you give to those still caught up in the sect?
X: Get out, and do so quickly. The longer you stay the more they get their grips into you. They will marry you off to an Ahmadi woman and then they will use your family to dissuade you from questioning. They will also totally take over your life, everything you do will revolve around them, you will give your money to them, take their advice on what to eat, when to sleep, where to go etc. Stop it before it’s too late! As far as I’m concerned it’s a cult and like all others they should be monitored.
EIREMUSLIM COMMENT: We believe that the Ahmadiyya cult is a clear and present danger not only to Muslims in Ireland but also to the general public. The manner in which they appear may fool people into thinking they are Muslim, when in fact nothing could be further than the truth. Their cult-like activities should be of concern to all, the way members are required to give up their money and independence should be investigated.

  1. Off course they are going to say he was thrown out of the jamaat, they also said the same thing when a Mr Odeh from Palestine left this jamaat, he wrote a book with evidence to show how wrong this jamaat is. Glad they left!
This cult boasts on how many ahmadis there are so why not also give the numbers who leave on their own accord instead of lying that they be expelled

  2. I'm confused who wud even convert in the first place? the cult like nature is so blatant!

  3. My friends belong to the Ahlul-us Sunnah jamaah which is mentioned above. They all believe God is sitting on a throne right now, literally. They all believe in the one-eye'd monster story too. When I tell them about the beliefs of the Promised Messiah (as) they all say, yeah I've heard that before (which sounds like waffle), but they don't have it in them to refute it or come up with a better translation. In the end they all gave up talking to me and invited me to come speak to their local Mullah.

Here's a question for you, what is this funeral prayer your Mullahs read which goes like... "O God, give him a home better than his home and a wife better than his wife!". Is this the correct translation of the Ahlul-us Sunnah jammah ?

    1. lol, Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah = Sunni. This comment shows just how little Ahmadis know about Islam.

    2. I'm well aware the Ahlus Sunnah Jamaah = Sunnis. The majority of your members believe in the teachings of this Jamaah, but at the same time are ashamed to call themselves Sunni, why is that?

Thanks for stating the obvious. Are you Sunni then? And is this the correct translation you read to someone who has just lost their husband?

    4. To this day, I've never met an Ahmadi who knows what Muslims believe about al-Maseeh al-Dajjal...

Its kinda like Christians who think Allah = Moon God

    5. Farhan are you Sunni Muslim? Do you belong to the Ahlus Sunnah Jamaaah? And is this the correct translation to your funeral prayer? Is there a SINGLE person here who admits they are Sunni Muslim? The admin of one your sites proudly mentions his favourite rapper is a SUNNI Muslim, does he also admit he is one? Simple Q.

      Jazak'Allah

    6. Farhan are you serious you've never met an Ahmadi who knows what you believe about the Dajjal? I produced tons of evidence to you last time we spoke proving to you that I think your interpretation is on flimsy ground, basing it all on the Qur'an, Ahadith, science, and historical evidence. No need for such blanket statements which are false.

    8. Anonymous,
      A) I love how you change the topic from the article at hand. Its a typical "Smear them, but avoid the subject matter".
      B) Salat al-Janazah is as follows. In the first Rakah, Surah al-Fatiha. In the second, "Durood Shareef". In the third, du'a for the person's forgiveness. 4th takbir is short, a quick salaam to the right side ONLY.
      C) Even if that WAS part of Janazah, in theory I'd have no problem with such a Du'a.
      D) Is it true that your mullahs kick out women who find it difficult to wear the hijab? They also publicly humiliate them. Why does Mirza Masroor do that? If that's part of the Ahmadiyya religion, I want no part of it.

      Its a simple Q!

Rapper? Some website? I don't even know what you're talking about.

      Delete
    9. Will the real slim Sunni please stand up!

      Delete
    10. Are you serious?
      A) the subject is false as can be seen by comments below.
      B) I wasn't asking how to read Janazah prayer, Ahmadis are taught this already
      C) WAS? it either is or isn't?
      D) I can't say I have heard of anyone being ex-communicated because of purdah issues, do you have any proof?
      E) Doesn't matter who I am referring to, he is admin of forum, anyway it's referring to the mentioning of 'Sunni" muslims, but my simple Q's have still not been answered, why are you ashamed to call yourself Sunnis? I would tell you I'm an AHMADI Muslim to your face brother.

      Delete
    11. Also you might not have a problem with that translation, but your grieving wife might do one day. All I'm asking is whether it's correct translation, not your thoughts on it.Thanks.

      Delete
    12. No its not the correct translation, as mentioned before. after the third takbir, there is a dua for fogiveness of the person.
Does that sound wrong or immoral to you?
And yes, I am a sunni Muslim. I follow Ahle Sunnah wal Jamaat.
Try not to change topics again and again and prove that your only arguing for the sake of an argument!

I am a convert to Islam e Ahmadiyyat from Sunni Brelivi.

What was it about qadianism that made you apostate? What did they offer you? What jamaat are you with? Why don't you get a tv show!!!

  6. Subhanallah, may Allah show more qadianis they way out of this cult to the beautiful religion of Islam as revealed by The Holy Prophet saw. As always qadianis will cry around he was kicked out etc, they always do that. But people actually investigate Ahmadiyya and find no support for it in Quran and ahadith and then they leave. Alhamdulillah.

  9. Dear all this is not a true story, this is made up, by an Irish Salafi, only one Irish Convert left last year, for personal reasons, and I have asked him about this interview and he has told me he has not given any interview to any Ant- Ahmadiyya Site, in Ireland or anywhere else, I have his personal emails saved that he wrote to me. and secondly in recent days he has returned to Ahmadiyyat Alhamdulillah.

All this True. I am prepared to post his email, after getting his consent to do so. He is quite angry about this. I have personally asked Eiremuslim to produce the name of the Irish covert, as only one left and now he is back, they could not give the name, showing false interview.

Appologies, but the interview made me laugh. I couldn't help it. Is the 'revert' sure he was in the Ahmadiyya Jamaat or some other jamaat??..

I quote :"I was concerned about their tactics, for me the love-bombing, the feigned interest and the unquestioning reverence for authority figures was scary. AS an ahmadi muslim, I find the above hilarious (appologies again but I cant help it!!).

    1. I have dozens of non-ahmadi muslims friends and we get along very well :)

    2. I am not kept in seclusion like chattel, I am an educated young lady well known in my country, I do a lot of community and volunteer work and know many of the high ranking people in the country..Now now, don't be so quick to say am arrogantly pointing out my connections. I'm not. But if I've been kept in seclusion, nobody would know me would they?

3.I tend to watch loads of different TV channels and this is such a funny accusation, I won't even say more than this.

4.I do read lots of non-ahmadi literature :)

    5. BTW My husband loves Arabs and he is also a sincere Ahamdi muslim!

    6. I might have revealed my name and where I am but well, you people are so good at spying and slandering that..I won't.

    Wassalam!

1-You are happy to claim (fakely though) that an Irish has joined the so-called vast Islam and you have called me apostate! So what is my punishment then ? Is it death penalty? Would you like to share?
2-What Ahmadiyyat offered me ? Yes ! They did and One is Ahmadiyyat introduced me to Allah who is Alive as ever and Speaks, Talks , Listens and Communicates even today. And The True knowing and Love of The Holy Prophet Muhammad ( SAW) and rest follows.
    3-Which Jamat I am ?

    @ covertable
I never claimed nothing apart from you are a murtad. If you was following the peer saabs in the Brelvi aqeedah although a bit wobbly you were still better off than following the out right shirk of ahmadiyyah. MGA was a liar, and was happy to be under the rule of the British monarchy. How can you justify that MGA was a prophet when he would lie? and he did not perform hajj or umrah (Bukhari isa ibn mariam (as) will perfom hajj/umrah) so he could not be isa Ibn Mariam (Hadith from Bukhari) So who was he? Musaylimahs cousin maybe?

  19. Assalāmu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuhu.

I am an Ex Ahmadi who left/was kicked out of the cult almost 15 years ago Alhamdulilah.

I would like to offer my sincere advice to all readers for what it's worth.

Please please do not leave the Qadiani cult if all you are going to replace it with is more misguidance.

What would be the point of leaving one heretical cult only to then follow that which Allah would be displeased with and goes against the way of our Prophet PBUH.

We must all ensure that when we take the extremely difficult decision of changing our religion we change to the only religion that is acceptable to Allah, i.e. Islam based upon the way and methodology of the Prophet PBUH and as practiced by him and the earlier generations.

The reason I mention this is as there are many weird and deviated interpretations of alleged Islam that exist.

When I left the cult I shortly came across many of these as I strived to fine the true Islam that I am now content with Alhamdulilah.

I would like to warn all readers to stay away from deviated sects such as Sufism, Braylwiyyah and many others likes them.

May Allah guide us all to the truth.

    Was-salāmu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullāh.

    1. Now that you have found the true sect, which is it? Not one of you can say. Are you ashamed?

      Delete
    2. I am not ashamed in the least to admit which sect I have found to be the true and saved sect in Islam.

As brother Ansari above has mentioned many sects have issues the do not put them outside of the fold of Islam although they have many errors committed and are upon misguidance and will be answerable for this, just as we all will.

However Qadiani beliefs are unanimously outside of the fold of Islam so let us not even debate this issue.

My advice was to those brothers & sisters who found the courage to leave the cult to not fall into that which may be extreme misguidance such as the Sufi's.

As for being ashamed of which sect I follow, far from it may Allah guide you, oh ignorant one.

It is the sect of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. It is the Religion of Islam - pure and free from any additions, deletions or alterations. It is to adhere to the Path of the Messenger (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) and of the True Believers (as-Salaf us-Salih). As-Salaf is a collective term referring to the Pious Pioneers in Islam and all those who follow in their footsteps in belief, actions and morals.
Allah has said (what means): Whoever contends with and contradicts the Messenger after guidance has been clearly conveyed to him, and follows a path other than that of the Faithful Believers, We shall leave him in the Path he has chosen and land him in Hell, what an evil destination! [An Nisa 4:115].

Shaikh ul-lslam ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah) commented on this ayah: "All who contradict and oppose the Messenger (S), after the right path has been clearly shown to them, have followed other than the Path of the Believers. And all who follow other than the Path of the Believers have contradicted and opposed the Messenger (S). If one thinks that he is mistaken in following the Path of the Faithful Believers, he is in the same position as one who thinks that he is mistaken in following the Messenger (S)."

As-Salaf us-Salih (or briefly: the Salaf) refers to the first and best three generations of Muslims. They are the Companions (Sahabah) of the Prophet (S), their immediate followers (Tabiun), and the followers of the Tabi'in. These were praised by the Prophet (S): The best of people is my generation, then those who come after them, then those who come after them [Bukhari and Muslim]. The term Salaf applies also to the Scholars of Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah after the first three blessed generations who followed their way in belief and practices.
Allah (T) said (what means): The first to embrace Islam of the Muhajirin (those who migrated from Makkah to al-Madinah in obedience to Allah) and the Ansar (the citizens of al-Madinah who gave aid to the Muhajirin), and also those who follow them in the best way; Allah is well pleased with them, and they are with Him [At-Tawbah 9:100].

Among these scholars are (the number following the name is the Hijri year of death): Abu Hanifah (150), al-Awzai (157), ath-Thawn (161), al-Laith bin Sad (175), Malik bin Anas (179). Abdullah bin al-Mubarak (181), Sufyan bin 'Uyainah (198), ash-Shafi'i (204), Is'haq (238), Ahmad bin Hanbal (241), al-Bukhari (256), Muslim (261), Abu Dawud (275), Ibn Taymiyyah (728), adth-Dthahabi (748), Ibn ul-Qayyim (751), Ibn Kathir (774), Muhammad bin 'Abdil Wahhab (1206) and his many students, and, in our time: 'Abd ul-'Aziz bin Baz, Muhammad Nasir ud-Din al-Albani and others.

This is the sect I follow and I unashamedly admit it! If you have a problem then to you your religion and to me mine.

      May Allah guide us all.

    3. So it's a nameless sect? The sect of scholars?
