A Question for the Ahmadi!

A Quick Question:
Does the Ahmadiyya Jamaat/Religion have its own 'Fiqh'? Yes or No below please.

For those Ahmadis who do not know the meaning of FIQH in short, refers to Islamic Jurisprudence/Law. I don't mean Islamic Jurisprudence, I mean Ahmadiyya Jurisprudence. Do they have something called 'Ahmadiyya Fiqh'?

I will explain one day, Allah Willing.

  1. I don't think we have our own law as such but we do have rules and regulations which are derived from Islamic teaching for sure, in a similar way other sects and groups have their own derivative of Islam...and essentially that becomes their practice and in extension a law.

  2. Nizaam act and make decisions according to who you are in the jamaat. They talk about Islamic teachings and use Allah's name but when it comes to making decisions there is no one rule that applies to everyone. Like I said it depends on who your 'position', contacts, relatives and friends are in the jamaat.
If they followed Islamic laws there would not be the level of corruption in there own Nizaam and its departments. One only has to look closely at the people who work with and under Rafiq hayat in his office.

    2. Here Here! It is much like when the American Ahmadies were expelled for attending a wedding that was mixed- they were severely punished. Then we have Shahnawaz Shezan family whose pictures were exposed at being at a mixed wedding. There was mixing, dancing and scantily clad women. The faces of many of the Shezan Khandan were visible for all to see, and the head of Shezan, Ch Munir Nawaz, was there along with his wife, Abidah Bajwa. Nothing was done despite the proof the Jamaat were presented with, absolutely nothing. The daughter in law of Ch Kanwar Idrees Bajwa was also present. All are very big names in the Ahmadiyya Jamaat, with a major financial input. The Jamaat took no action because these are important allies.

So yes there is a different set of rules for different people but this corrupt cult claim they are acting on behalf of the Nabi saws.

    3. Does Ahmadiyya have a distinct Fiqh? They'll never admit to it but of course there is. Bidah and Bidah.

  3. A BIG YES AND (NO)as well.A very simple example is"A muslim man
can do a SECOND NIKAH according to the islamic fiqah, But according to the Ahmedi fiqah you need permission from Huzoor
to do second Nikah. If someone does it without permission he will be punished under the banner of nizaame Jamat. What is Nizame Jamat? From my point of view this is Ahmedi fiqah.
Second Having a £10,000 Haq mehr is not at all a islamic fiqah. This is made up from our ameer Sahib and approved from
Huzoor.Quran teaches us different from this in sura Nisa, about Haq mehr. This is contradictory with Quran. So self called true
Muslim (Ahmedi) are practising against the teaching of Holy Quran, and claiming we are true muslims.A BIG QUESTION MARK.

    1. I attended a whole load of Niqahs last Sunday at the Qadiani temple. There were 4 in total. Each and everyone had a minimum of £10,000 haq mehr and if I remember correctly, one of in Euros. Is this the new benchmark? Is it compulsory?

  5. Yes.If you don't put a amount of £10,000 in your nikah form they will send it back, and your nikah ceremony can not be performed. An Exemption if you want less than that, request to Huzoor hope fully he will allow your nikah with a lesser amount of Haq mehr.Which is totally unislamic practice.WHY SHOULD I SEEK A PERMISSION FROM HUZOOR FOR MY HAQ MEHR AMOUNT.IS THIS TRUE ISLAM A VERY BIG QUESTION MARK?

    1. LOL WOW! I noticed it was strange that every single guy was offering up £10,000! Shocking! I know the girls are probably thinking 'oh the Jamaat care about us soooo much that they want us to have the best haq mehr available'. Oh if only they knew.... So another new addition to so called 'Islam'.

I know this ISNT ISLAM let alone TRUE ISLAM, but you tell me, IS THIS TRUE ISLAM? BIG QUESTION MARK ? ? ?

    2. What is she going to counsel young's girls on?... How to bleach your skin and make it fair so to improve your chances at getting a rishta???
Apart from that what experiences does she have on marriage.

    3. Why is there a need of counsellors, especially from those two ladies mentioned, counselling before marriage does not guarantee a perfect marriage, lots of things happen after marriage, should there not be counselling then. PATHETIC!

    4. It is what it is because that's the way things go. So Maleeha is now a go between, between a husband and wife and their Union before Allah. These fake Muslims man....

  13. It has its own fiqh based on the Hanafiyyah madhhab as well as Hadrat Ahmad's (as) rulings as he was the Hakm 'Adl (Just Arbiter) that was prophecized by the Prophet (sa). This is all codified within a book called Fatawaa-ul-Ahmadiyya (Fatwas of Ahmadiyya).

Asalamu Alaikum Sis, just wanted to say I think your work is very important in helping the Ummah. I think you have done as much as you can in trying to expose them to their own people and I very much like your latest approach. These people rely heavily on their 'body image' and the assistance of outsiders for support. This also inadvertedly will have a knock on affect on their Cult regime because they rely on outsiders to keep the insiders convinced. You have to make the outsiders realise who the real fanatics and freaks are. Keep going and exposing. You are a good sister.

  16. Hi everyone...so I am kind of confused...I've asked and checked and triple checked all the things people say Ahmadis have 'made up' etc but if I am honest, I haven't found anything that prooves them wrong. I also found out calling another person a kufaar is haraam in islam as we do not know what is in their hearts. Another thing is that I have a lot of Ahmadi friends from school and they are nicer and more respectable than every other muslim of other sects that I have encoutered. I don't condone treating them badly, all I want is to be following the real Islam.
